Shipping & Delivery Policy

HopScribe is a digital software-as-a-service platform. We do not ship physical goods. This policy describes how digital purchases are delivered.

1. Instant digital delivery

AI wallet top-ups and Pro subscription upgrades are activated automatically and immediately once your payment gateway (PayFast or PayU) confirms the transaction — typically within seconds, and always within a few minutes for delayed gateway confirmations. No further action is required from you.

2. Add-on features

Feature-shop add-ons (PDF export, team seats, scheduled tests, webhook API) are enabled on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, with no physical shipment or download step involved.

3. Delivery issues

If a payment was confirmed by your bank or the gateway but your wallet/plan wasn't updated within 30 minutes, please log a support ticket or use the Contact form with your payment reference — we will investigate and correct the balance.

4. Refunds

Unused AI wallet credit may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once the period has started, but you may cancel to prevent renewal at any time from Billing.
