These Terms govern your use of HopScribe, an email header forensics and delivery-diagnostics platform accessible at hopscribe.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
HopScribe parses email headers you provide to reconstruct delivery routes, surface authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) results, decode bounce/NDR reports, and generate AI-assisted root-cause analyses. Header parsing happens in your browser; AI analysis, wallet, billing, and ticket features are processed by our servers.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account. You agree not to use the Service to process headers you are not authorized to analyze, to attempt to disrupt the Service, or to resell access without a written agreement with us.
3. Plans, wallet & billing
Free and Pro plans, AI wallet top-ups, and add-ons are described in-app and may be changed with notice. AI analyses debit your wallet at provider cost plus a disclosed markup. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. All fees are in the currency shown at checkout and processed by PayFast and/or PayU.
4. Data & retention
Analysis history is retained for 7 days on the Free plan and 30 days on paid plans (see our Privacy Policy), after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion via a support ticket or the Contact form.
5. Disclaimers
The Service, including AI-generated root-cause analyses, is provided "as is" for diagnostic assistance. It does not constitute a guarantee of delivery outcomes, and you remain responsible for verifying findings before acting on them (e.g. before contacting a third-party mail administrator).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HopScribe's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged in-app.
